WDSA General Meeting for Constitutional changes

Our AGM will now be over Zoom on Sunday 7:30pm https://www.facebook.com/events/981445762269987/

This meeting is simply to have 10 people in person to make two Constitutional changes (as we have been adverting for over 6 months).

The will be
Amended COMMITTEE section allowing committee to consist on only 3 members., point c), adding the highlighted wording shown below:​
3-9 additional committee members

Amended COMMITTEE section, point d), adding virtual attendance and lowering quorum to 3.wording shown below:​

Three members personally present, or by virtual attendance, shall form a quorum.

Amended GENERAL MEETING section, point c), adding virtual attendance

Ten members personally present, or by virtual attendance, shall constitute a quorum.
